Ordering & Payment
How do I buy a piece?
Every item page has a "Buy Now" button that takes you straight to a secure checkout. One-of-a-kind originals are reserved the moment you start checkout, so nobody else can buy the same piece out from under you mid-payment.
Are these pieces really one-of-a-kind?
Original art is genuinely one-of-a-kind — once it sells, it's gone for good and won't be relisted. Limited edition prints and merch may have more than one available; each item page shows what you're getting.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes — checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, a payment processor used by millions of businesses. Rocket Rustler never sees or stores your card number.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Currently within the United States only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate based on the size of the piece, calculated automatically at checkout — no guessing or separate quote needed. Rates currently run from $5 for small items up to $65 for oversized pieces.
How will my piece be packed, and when will it ship?
Every piece is packed and shipped by hand out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns & Care
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Contact us right away through the Contact page with photos of the damage and we'll make it right.
What's your return policy?

How should I care for an original piece or print?
As a general rule: keep original art and prints out of direct sunlight (UV fading is permanent), handle framed pieces by the frame rather than the glass, and dust mixed-media or assemblage pieces gently rather than using cleaning sprays.
About the Gallery
Is there a physical store?
Not yet — Rocket Rustler is online-only for now, with a real gallery space planned for Old Town Albuquerque down the road.
Who makes these pieces?
Rocket Rustler is a multi-artist gallery. It's the personal project of Albert Lozoya — a graphic designer and printmaker with 35+ years of hands-on craft — alongside a small, curated roster of other artists. Meet the full lineup on the Artists page.
I'm an artist — can I submit my work?
Yes — reach out through the Contact page and mention you'd like to submit work.
What does "Vintage Americana & Atomic Age" mean?
It's the two worlds Rocket Rustler lives between: the rugged, hand-tooled feel of the American Southwest, and the shiny, hopeful, space-race optimism of the 1950s and '60s. Read more on the Articles page.
