The essentials on shipping, returns, and how Rocket Rustler works with the artists it features.
All pieces are carefully packed and shipped by hand from Albuquerque, New Mexico. We currently ship within the United States only. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before a piece ships. Shipping is a flat rate based on the size of the piece, calculated automatically at checkout. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order is on its way.
Because original pieces are one-of-a-kind, all original art sales are final. Limited edition prints and merch may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging — contact us to start a return. If any piece arrives damaged, or a print or merch item is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or refund, no return shipping required.
Keep original art and prints out of direct sunlight — UV fading is permanent. Handle framed pieces by the frame rather than the glass. Dust mixed-media, assemblage, and sculptural pieces gently with a dry, soft brush or cloth rather than cleaning sprays.
Rocket Rustler proudly features work from a curated group of independent artists alongside original pieces created for the gallery. Each artist works under an individual consignment agreement — commission, pricing, and photography are worked out together before a piece goes live. Interested in submitting your work? We collect only what's needed to process your order — name, shipping address, and email — and, if you opt in, to send occasional updates about new pieces. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe; Rocket Rustler never sees or stores your card details. We don't sell your information, and only share what's needed to ship your order (with our shipping carrier) and process payment (with Stripe).
